BCN3D Technologies, based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), is looking for a CS Manager whose responsibility will be to ensure and help our customers to maximize our 3D printing machines utilization.

• You will create and develop our Customer Success Department, the main task will be to deliver the best quality experience to our customers, on board them in our machines and maximize their usability.
• For these reasons BCN3D is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will create from scratch our CS Service and will develop a new business unit.
WHAT WOULD YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
• Create the department from scratch, processes and procedures.
• Permanently review and redesign the “customer satisfaction” from a product/service perspective to achieve high growth metrics and results.
• Define and oversee department KPIs.
• Help customers to maximize and Increase our machines utilization.
• Accelerate customers’ satisfaction & long-term profitability.
• Understand customer’s objectives and how they translate to outcomes and opportunities for us.
• Ensure proper delivery, onboarding and adoption of products and services, conduct ongoing operational reviews.
• Travel to priority customers to strengthen relationships, conduct gap analysis, report on usage and lead value driven discussions.

• Experience with understanding customer buying behaviors & processes.
• You have Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are self-motivated and high performance oriented.
• You are proactive and self-driven. Able to prioritize and smoothly manage multiple tasks.
