BCN3D Technologies, based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), is looking for an Office Assistant/Recepcionist to join our team.
WHAT DO WE DO?
At BCN3D we design, manufacture and sell top-quality desktop-sized FFF 3D printers worldwide. We aim to help innovators and creative minds to change the world, providing them with the best possible experience to materialize their unique ideas.
WHAT WOULD YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
• Manage all the office support duties and support department managers.
• Manage reception area and greet clients, mantain day to day office operations.
• Stock management of office & HR material. Monitoring office supplies inventory and place new orders of material.
• Oversee all the procurment activities related to office support such as fruit, coffee and maintenance activities and tradespersons.
• Manage travel arrangements/appointments for the upper management such as booking hotel accomodation, airlines tickets and other related tasks.
• Meeting room management and reservation.
• Support to events & Trainning management with the manager.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
YOUR SKILL SET
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or degree.
• Spanish and Catalan.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken (essential).
• Google Docs and Office.
• You are organized and methodic.
• Valuable driving licence and own vehicle.
